Adult NCO's
The role of Adult NCO's is primarily to maintain high levels of Drill, Dress and Discipline. They can be responsible for sports, adventure training and a wide range of other activities. NCO's are the backbone of any unit in the British Armed Forces, and help maintain the high morale and motivation of a squadron in the ATC.
When appointed as an adult sergeant, they have to later attend the Senior Non-Commissioned Officers Initial Course at RAF College Cranwell. Adult SNCO's are initially appointed as adult Sergeant but can later gain promotion to Adult Flight Sergeant or Adult Warrant Officer.
